The Transaction Adjustment Fee can be utilized, if you have previously paid for a Continuing Education class, but were (or are) unable to attend the class - and you would like to take a Correspondence Course instead. This item is then utilized to correct the underpayment of course fees between a regular Continuing Education class and the Correspondence Course.
